Sarah underlines the importance of Maintaining Standards

I’ve been cleaning professionally for over 12 years. One of the things I learnt very early on is that clients don’t tell their cleaning providers that they are unhappy with their service. They simply move on to a different company.

Whilst feedback is important to us so that any areas that need improvement can be addressed, from a company point of view we would far rather make sure that we are delivering a first class service from the start.

We want our customers to be happy. A happy customer means a continued contract, and one would hope that they would be able to spread the word amongst their contemporaries.

There is a saying that a satisfied customer will tell no one and an unhappy one will tell ten people..

While I’ve yet to find the evidence to back up this statement one only has to look at the power of social media to see the damage that can be done to a companies reputation if you fail to deliver a quality service (Who can forget the dreadful treatment of the United Airlines passenger?)

As Apollo is growing fast the need to maintain a consistently high standard is more important than ever. This is why we have employed someone whose sole role within the company is to carry out audits on our commercial cleaning services. This way we can address problems immediately leaving our clients to concentrate on their business and not worrying about ours.
